VidCrush does not require registration or accounts. We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords. When you use our service, we temporarily process the video file you upload.
Uploaded videos are processed on our servers via encrypted connections. All uploaded and compressed files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing. We never view, share, sell, or store your video content beyond this temporary processing window.
Our servers may log standard access information (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for up to 7 days and are not shared with third parties.
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) and Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use our site. Both services may set cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referral sources.
Yandex Metrica additionally uses Session Replay (Webvisor), click maps and scroll maps. These features record anonymised interactions with our pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation — so we can see where the interface confuses people. We never record the content of the video files you upload, and VidCrush has no login, no accounts and no forms that ask for personal data.

All data transfers between your browser and our servers use HTTPS encryption. Video processing occurs in isolated containers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
VidCrush is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, no analytics or advertising scripts run until you agree to them. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdSense and Yandex Metrica are not loaded and set no cookies while the banner is still waiting for your answer, and they are never loaded if you decline. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and respected on subsequent visits.
Outside the EEA and the UK, these services load together with the page. You can still opt out at any time using the tools listed in Section 4, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings.
We work out which of the two applies from your browser's time zone setting, which is available to any website without permission. We do not store it or use it for anything else.

We use third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts) that may transfer data to servers located outside the EEA, including the United States. These transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.
Yandex Metrica processes and stores data on servers located in the Russian Federation, a country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. If you do not want your usage data transferred there, use the Yandex Metrica opt-out tool linked in Section 4 or block cookies for this site.
