By using SquishVideo (vid-crush.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SquishVideo is a free online video compression tool. We compress video files to fit platform-specific size limits (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, etc.) using server-side FFmpeg encoding.

3. Free Tier Limits

• Maximum upload size: 500MB per file
• Rate limit: 5 compressions per hour per IP address
• Supported input formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, WMV and others
• Output format: MP4 (H.264)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own
• Use the service for automated or bulk processing without permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overload our servers

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your uploaded videos. We do not claim any rights to your content. All files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour after processing.

6. No Warranty

SquishVideo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific compression ratios or output quality
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That compressed files will meet specific platform requirements in all cases

7. Limitation of Liability

SquishVideo shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also change these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
